Energy Bar

Well, this is not a bagel but we had to have a place to put it so we stick it in the bins with the bagels. We find that athletes, biker types (non-motorized), mothers with more than three children and other strenuous activity people favor the ENERGY BAR. It has, among other things, nuts, apple, a little molasses and other things baked into the dough. The ENERGY BAR is great by itself but some people favor it toasted, toasted with butter, toasted with peanut butter or peanut butter & honey, etc.
