A big seller at Bagel Me!. Try a plain Jalapeno bagel or one with cheese. Some people say there is no better bagel than a Jalapeno Cheddar. Start with fresh jalapenos, it is easier to buy jalapenos by the can or jug but Bagel Me! purchases FRESH jalapenos directly from the people who process them. It requires that the Bagel Me! people send a truck some distance to obtain them since they are not available in most areas. Add these fresh jalapenos to a Bagel Me! bagel with a couple of secret ingredients and you have one terrific combination. For the ultimate jalapeno taste go for the Jalapeno Cheddar. Toast it with a little butter and it is heaven.

A true story. Bagel Me! once had a customer bring in a friend from Chicago. Shortly after the friend returned home to Chicago she called Bagel Me! to request a shipment of Cheese Jalapeno bagels to be sent to her via Fed Ex. This is not something Bagel Me! would recommend in the interest of best quality but it was an interesting event.
