At Bagel Me! we have long been noted for our original recipe SuperC drink. It is more than Orange Juice, almost a smoothie without yogurt and is loaded with Vitamin C. A light, great tasting, healthy beverage. We have been serving the Super C in Orange County, California for almost 15 years and has always been a big favorite.

Well, this is not a bagel but we had to have a place to put it so we stick it in the bins with the bagels. We find that athletes, biker types (non-motorized), mothers with more than three children and other strenuous activity people favor the ENERGY BAR.

Bagel Me!, First Class Pizza and The Sugar Me Bakery, three concepts in one location, and challenged with branding these concepts individually and collectively decided to join forces to create a new menu item. Initially the three concepts did not have a meeting of the minds. Each one had their own vision as to what this new menu item would include while struggling with creating one item out of three concepts.
